Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand
Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand is the first complete translation of Pabongka Rinpoche's famous 24-day teaching in 1921 on the stages of the path to Enlightenment - regarded as a complete synthesis of all the Buddha's teachings. This classic teaching covers all the essential aspects of the Buddhist path from beginning to end in a concise and easily understood format.
Geshe Doga uses this text to lead us through the Lamrim, or Graduated Path to Enlightenment, elucidating the intricacies of the law of cause and effect (better known as KARMA), wisdom realising reality, and more.
We recommend for self-study to work through each block progressively. You are able to study at your own pace using the transcripts, discussion points and exams.
