Wednesday Morning Meditation

11 - 11:30am

You are most welcome to join this Wednesday guided meditation group for people who are new to meditation and those who have more experience. The class will run in 10-week cycles that offer the following meditations:

 

  1. Mindfulness of breathing 1

  2. Mindfulness of breathing 2

  3. Mindfulness of body

  4. Meditation on Impermanence

  5. Meditation on interconnectedness

  6. 9 round breathing

  7. Body of light meditation

  8. Equanimity meditation

  9. Loving kindness meditation

  10. Compassion meditation

 

People can choose to attend single sessions or the whole program. The atmosphere is open and relaxed, and you might like to join the group for coffee and conversation in Café Bliss afterwards.
